Patricia King

Patricia Lee King, 86, passed away May 30, 2018 in Brenham.

Mrs. King was born August 29, 1931 in Pueblo, Colorado to Floyd and Jessy Baker McNamara. She had retired after 36 years of employment with Southwestern Bell in the Operations Department.

Gardening and taking care of her grandchildren were favorite pastimes. She was a member of the Pioneer Club, and was active in several charities, including Boystown and The Wounded Warrior Project.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Darla Hutchinson of Brenham; sister, Sue Denny of Clinton, OK.; grandchildren Matthew Hutchinson and David Hutchinson. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Kris King; brothers Bud, Bob, and Tom McNamara, and sisters, Doris McNamara and Meg McNamara.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
