Pearl Shockley

Pearl Priest Shockley went to be with her Lord on February 23, 2006. She was born in Eureka Springs, Arkansas on April 23, 1913 to Ed and Laura Priest. Pearl was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, J.W. Shockley. She leaves behind her daughter, Kay Linda and husband, Rob Freund of Chappell Hill, Texas. Her grandson Marc Morrow and his wife Lisa, from Waller, Tx, with their two daughters, Madison and Lily whom Pearl cherished with all her heart. Other survivors include daughter, Phyllis Morrow Garcia and husband Rudy; and grandson, T.C. Morrow and wife Tracy Morrow of Houston, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of Pearl s life Sunday, February 26, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at Argent Court where she had many friends who loved her dearly. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Hospice Brazos Valley. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
