Robert Presley

In loving memory of our dear friend Robert Presley. Robert was born on October 9, 1964, in Morristown, New Jersey to Robert and Deborah Dederer Presley.

He passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023, in Brenham Texas, at the age of fifty-eight.

Robert; resided at the Brenham State Supported Living Center for forty-six years. In those forty-six years, Robert created lots of fun memories and was loved by everyone he met.

If Rob could speak now, I believe he would say,

“I am a fighter; my disability did not define me.

It gave me strength that others did not have, beauty that shines through darkness.

And now, perhaps my time seemed all too brief, don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.  Lift your heart, God wanted me now. And He has set me free.

Robert will be deeply missed by everyone at the Brenham State Supported Living Center.

A graveside service will be held at 9:30 a.m., Monday, July 31, 2023, at

Prairie Lea Cemetery Chaplain CJ Jordan officiating.
