Ronnie Carroll

Ronnie Lee Carroll, 67, of LaGrange TX, formerly of Waxahachie, TX., died on December 20, 2015 at St. Mark''s Medical Center, LaGrange, TX. Graveside Service will be on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from Waxahachie City Cemetery with Reverend Sam Redfern officiating.

Ronnie was born on May 31, 1948 to Arthur Vane and Rosa Lea (Graham) Carroll Sr. in Red Bluff California. He was Baptized at Grand Avenue Baptist Church in Waxahachie, TX. He worked as a meat processor and meat cutter for Tom Thumb in Dallas. Ronnie also worked with horses for the King Ranch in Waxahachie. Ronnie served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include: sister-in-law; Kathryn Carroll of Burton, TX, brother-in-law; David Stevens of Gainesville, TX. nieces and nephews; Clint Carroll, Kristina and Dennis Newton, and Cody and Raellen Carroll, William Hinkle, Carrie Smith, Amber Brown and extended family Margie Mertz, and Nina Herrmann, Sherry Slaughter Carroll, Dan and Dale Slaughter, and Jimmy and Virdie Slaughter.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents; Arthur and Rosa Lea, son; Billy Wayne Carroll, brother A.V. Carroll, Jr., a sister Shelley Stevens and niece Christin Romero.
