Roy Malone

Roy Russell Malone, 73, husband of Linda Malone, died January 23, 2014 in Brenham. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2 p.m., Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the First Pentecostal Church of Brenham, with Pastor Merlin Swan officiating. Roy Malone was born October 13, 1940 in Ft. Worth to Arliegh Russell and Grace Lou Bryant Malone. He served his country in the U. S. Marines during the Viet Nam War, and on Feb. 7, 1971, he was married to Linda King. Roy was employed by O''Reilly Auto Parts as a delivery driver. Survivors include his wife, Linda Malone; son and daughter-in-law Corey and Leah Malone; daughter, Willow Graef, all of Brenham; brother and sister-in-law Gary and Sue Malone of Wichita Falls; grandchildren: Justin and Gracie Graef, and Zemie and Zech Malone. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and one sister. Memorials may be directed to Hospice Brazos Valley.
