Ruby Ann Wheeler Naumann, 67, of Brenham, widow of Fritz Naumann, Jr., died February 4, 2010. Ruby was born June 19, 1942 in Rogers, Texas to Simon and Lillie Edison Wheeler. She was employed for 27 years by the Brenham State School as a caregiver. Survivors include her sons, Wayne Naumann and wife Marivic, and Jody Naumann and wife Sheryl, all of Brenham, three grandchildren: Laramie, Makaela, and Marty Naumann, and one sister, Mary Miller of Mount Calm. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two sisters, Virginia Pasley and Joyce Lepik. Funeral services for Ruby Ann Naumann will be held Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Eben-Ezer Lutheran Church of Berlin. Lay Minister Ken Weiss will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives Friday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Serving as pallbearers are Roger Buro, Dalwin Naumann, Gary Knebel, Kevin Knebel, Brian Knebel, Jeff Knebel, Don Knebel, Wilson Knebel, Rick Weiss, and Bill Weiss. Honorary pallbearers are Maxwell and Martha Weidner. Memorials may be directed to the Washington County EMS or to Eben-Ezer Lutheran Church.
