Sandra Wade

Sandra Wade, 67, of Washington, Texas, left her family and friends in this world to join her heavenly Father and family on July 20, 2011. She was surrounded by her family at her passing and supported by her family and friends in spirit who knew her. Born in Houston, Texas, Sandra graduated from Longview High School and graduated from Texas Women s University with a bachelor s degree in nursing. Her career led her into many different areas of the medical field and to meet and work with many good people. Sandra leaves behind two sons, Morgan Wade and Justin Wade and his wife, Jennifer. She also leaves behind one sister, JoAnne Mehran of Thornton, Colo., and one brother, Glenn Taylor of Athens, Texas. Nana was especially proud and loving of her four grandchildren, Lucas Wade, Noah Wade, Chase Wade, and Hannah Wade. Her grandchildren gave her many hours of love and happy memories. She will truly miss them but loves them, each and every one. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Dorothy Taylor. Graveside services will take place Monday, July 25, 2011 at 11 a.m. in Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main, Brenham.
