Sandra Zettel

Sandra Kay (Ahlgrim) Zettel passed away on December 14, 2022 in Brenham. A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Salem Lutheran Church in Brenham, Tx.

Sandra was born on October 11, 1957 to parents Raymond August Ahlgrim and Lillian (Schmidt) Ahlgrim.

Sandra was married on September 25, 1982 to James Charles Zettel of Brenham.

Sandra loved cooking and hosting family gatherings with her loved ones. She loved fishing and gardening, along with their trips to Matagorda, dolphins and watching baseball.

Sandra is survived by her husband of 40 years James Charles Zettel of Brenham, sons, Jeremy and Lyssa Zettel of Brenham, Matthew and Jessica Zettel of Brenham. Sister, Barbara and Douglas Martinek of Columbus. Sister in-law, Janie Zettel of Bellville Nephews, Travis Martinek and R.C. King; nieces, Angie Benitz and Susie King.

Preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Lillian Ahlgrim; father in-law and mother in-law Charles and Vlasta Zettel; sister in-law, Mary Ann King.

Serving as Pall Bearers, Ronnie Shupak, Chip Andreas, R.C. King, Travis Martinek, Pat Chovanec and Daryl Ganske.
