Sheryl Brinkmann

Sheryl Marie Brinkmann, 63, of Brenham, died July 2, 2020, in Bryan.

Visitation will be from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 7 at Memorial Oaks Chapel.

A family funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday July 8 at Memorial Oaks Chapel with Michael Hernandez officiating. Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 8 in Martens Cemetery in Tomball.

Mrs. Brinkmann was born July 17, 1956 in Conroe, TX, to Melvin Earl and Mildred (Hildebrandt) Ulrich.

On May 2, 1981, she was married to Alvin Bruce Brinkmann in St. Ann Catholic Church in Tomball.

Mrs. Brinkmann was employed with Chase Bank for 29 years, Ace Hardware, Brenham Overhead Door and Glissmann Gifts. She loved crafts, especially crocheting. Other favorite pastimes were going to the farm in Burleson County, being outdoors, going to Fredericksburg and reading. She enjoyed helping people, especially when she worked in the bank.

Survivors include her husband, Alvin Bruce Brinkmann of Brenham; son, Matthew Bruce Brinkmann of Brenham; brother and sister-in-law, Dwayne Earl and Cathy Ulrich of Rosehill; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Michael and Renee Brinkmann; mother-in-law, Teresa Brinkmann of Brenham; very special friend, Beth Mixon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Bruce Brinkmann, Dwayne Earl Ulrich, James Rudel, Jamie Rudel, Joseph Provazek and Preston Wayne Ulrich.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice Brazos Valley.
