Tony Randall Busby was born October 11, 1963, in Seymour, Texas. He passed from this life and into our Savior''s arms on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at the age of 50. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Fathauer, his father, Charles Busby, and his step-father, James Fathauer. Surviving Tony are sons, Brandon Busby and DJ Busby; daughter, Heather Busby; step-sons, Tyler Alford, and Spenser Alford; and a precious granddaughter, Nevaeh Graham. He is also survived by his brothers, Ray Busby of Huntsville and Mike Busby of Brenham and their wives, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and his aunt, Velma Fathauer. At the time of death, Tony resided in Magnolia, Texas. Tony lived most of his childhood and teenage years in Brenham, Texas. He graduated from Brenham High School with the class of 1982. Tony was a kind and generous man, loved all his children passionately and was devoted to spending time with them, especially 11 year old DJ who lived with him in Magnolia. Tony was an avid Dallas Cowboy''s fan and enjoyed attending the games whenever possible. Tony worked for Houston''s Premier Plumbing Services. His employers emotionally speak of Tony''s character on the job as dependable, hard-working, the first to be on call, and the last to quit working. His clients became friends, but at the close of the workday, Tony was all about his children. What is said of Tony is that he was a man of second chances, firm but forgiving, extending that second chance unendingly. Tony will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 23 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham, followed by graveside service at 2 p.m. at St. Matthew''s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Sandy Hill near Brenham. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a fund set up for his son at Citizen''s State Bank, 2007 S. Day Street, Brenham, Texas, 77833. The Tony Randall Busby Memorial Fund may be referenced.
