Valeria Graciano

Valeria Paola Graciano, 12, of Chappell Hill, passed away on September 28, 2021.   She was born on November 10, 2008 in Brenham to Leonardo Palacios and Maria Guadalupe Graciano.

A visitation will be held from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Memorial Oaks Chapel with a rosary being held at 6:00 p.m. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m.  A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Valeria was the most loving person and always waved hello to everyone.  She loved her chips and soda and did a little burp for us when she wanted more.  Valeria loved to collect flash cards and adored being around her loved ones. She enjoyed being outside for hours. To her big sister she was her “Pevee” and to her second big sister, she was her “Baby Pao”.  Valeria was so very loved by her big brother Carlos.

Valeria was preceded in death by her abuelita, Gabina Gallegos.

Valeria is survived by her parents, Leonardo and Maria; brothers, Armando Graciano and Carlos Graciano; sisters, Mayra Graciano (Tommy Farrell) and Adriana Graciano; other relatives, Tommy Joe, Harley Jo, Jordan J., Mya Jay Farrell, JaShawn James Burton, Michael Anthony, Ava Jaye and Liam Pablo Graciano.

Pallbearers are Leonardo Palacios, Victor Palacios, Carlos Graciano and Tommy Joe Farrell Jr.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., Brenham, TX 77833.
