Virginia Schwartz

Virginia A. Schwartz, 65, of Brenham, wife of Milton Schwartz, passed away December 28, 2007 in Northwest Medical Center in Houston. Mrs. Schwartz was born March 31, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas to Gene and Jewellee Gilliam. She was educated in Corpus Christi, Texas. On March 11, 2000 she married Milton Schwartz in Bethlehem Lutheran Church of William Penn. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church of William Penn. Mrs. Schwartz was a homemaker, and a member of the Bunco Club. Survivors include her husband, Milton Schwartz; sons Will Schoggins and wife Lori of Buchanan Dam; Roger Schoggins of Corpus Christi; Terry Schoggins of Victoria; Chris Schoggins and wife Kathleen of Tomball, and Jordan Schwartz of Brenham daughters Tina Schoggins of Houston and Tammy Schwartz of Brenham; grandchildren Jason Schoggins, Josh Schoggins, Nathan Schoggins, Michael Schoggins, and Kayla Schoggins; brothers Gene Gilliam of Austin and Frank Marshall and wife Lucy of Tomball, and a sister Tammy Martinez and husband Carlos of San Antonio. She was preceded in death by her sister Vonda and by her parents, Funeral services for Virginia A. Schwartz will be held Monday, December 31 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church of William Penn, with Pastor Jeffrey King officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation with family will take place Sunday, December 30 at Memorial Oaks Chapel from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. Her sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be given to the Cemetery Fund of Bethlehem Lutheran Church of William Penn. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main, Brenham.
