Walter Clarence Wilson, 72, of Brenham, husband of Jeannette Luedke Wilson, died June 11, 2011 in Scott and White Hospital. Born September 6, 1938 in Buffalo, N.Y. to Clarence Howard and Florence Kaesser Wilson, Mr. Wilson was baptized Nov. 27, 1938 in St. Andrew''s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Buffalo, New York, and confirmed May 13, 1951 in Ev. Lutheran Church of the Resurrectioin, also in Buffalo. On Nov. 23, 1985, he married Jeannette "Mitzie" Wilson in Trinity Lutheran Church in Spring, Texas. A veteran of the U. S. Army, Walter was employed as a customer service representative with United Airlines. Survivors include his wife, Jeannette Wilson of Brenham; son, Dr. Walter Wilson of Atlanta, GA.; daughter, Laurie Ann Wilson of Houston; stepsons: Kirby Frazier and wife Kathryn, and Collin Frazier and wife Morgen; grandchildren: Keely Frazier, Kenley Frazier, Kamden Frazier, Karley Frazier, Shanley Mullenax, Madison Frazier, Rachel Means, Sandra Kay Boles, Chelsea Boles, Margaret Ashley Boles, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Florence Kaesser Wilson. Funeral services for Walter Clarence Wilson will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Grace Lutheran Church, with Pastors William Holzer and Dennis King officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives Monday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Serving as pallbearers are Farrell Luedke, Mark Luedke, Dane Luedke, Jason Luedke, George Pelkey, and Brian Fleissner. Memorials may be directed to Grace Lutheran Church.
