Randy Chambers

Weldon Randall "Randy" Chambers of Navasota, TX passed away on August 13, 2024.

Randy was born September 30, 1962 to Weldon Carroll Chambers and Patricia L. Baum Chambers in Amarillo, TX. He went on to college at TSTC in Amarillo and graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Drafting and Design Technology. He made his career in Engineering working as a Draftsman Engineer/Mechanical Designer.

Randy is survived by his mother, Patricia Kornegay; son, Tyler Patrick Chambers; brother, Russell Chambers and wife Beth; sisters, Juanita Rochen and husband James; Teresa Wilson and niece, Cassidy Rochen and nephew, Dakota Rochen.

He was preceded in death by his father, Weldon Carroll Chambers; brother, Patrick Chambers; grandparents, Shelby and Melva Chambers and Carroll and Evelyn Meadows.

Randy loved listening to music from all genres, his favorites being old rock and roll. He also loved to BBQ and compete in BBQ competitions. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and camping.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Memorial Oaks Chapel with Pastor Michael Holster officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Lea Cemetery.
